Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Seller Skill Pack, operated by Limitless Marketing PTE Limited.
Digital Product
Seller Skill Pack is a digital download. Because access is delivered electronically and the files can be copied after delivery, refunds are reviewed under the policy below.
14-Day Support and Refund Window
You may contact us within 14 days of purchase if:
- You cannot access or download the product after payment.
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
- The delivered files are corrupted or materially different from what was described on the sales page.
- You tried the Quick Start workflow and the product is unusable for your shop workflow.
When Refunds May Not Be Available
We generally do not provide refunds for change of mind after the digital files have been delivered, failure to read the product description, lack of a guaranteed sales result, or use cases outside what the product is designed to do.
How to Request a Refund
Email director@limitlessfiji.org with the email address used at checkout, your order details, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for details so we can troubleshoot access problems before issuing a refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Paddle. Timing may depend on Paddle, your payment method, and your bank or card provider.
Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
