These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of Seller Skill Pack, also marketed as Claude Seller Skill Pack, from tools.limitlessfiji.org.

Seller Skill Pack is operated by Limitless Marketing PTE Limited. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Limitless Marketing PTE Limited. "You" means the customer or user of the product.

Product

Seller Skill Pack is a digital product containing AI workflow templates, prompt files, guides, examples, and related educational resources for online sellers. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with Anthropic, Etsy, Shopify, Gumroad, or OpenAI.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle may act as merchant of record and may calculate and collect applicable taxes based on your location. Prices are shown before checkout is completed.

Delivery

After a successful payment, access to the digital download is provided electronically. If you do not receive access or cannot open the download, contact director@limitlessfiji.org with the email address used at checkout.

License

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal projects or internal business work.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, repackage, publish, upload, or claim ownership of the product or its files. You may not use the product to create a substantially similar competing product for sale.

No Guarantees

The product is designed to help sellers work faster and create clearer shop assets. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, ad performance, search rankings, platform approvals, or business outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-assisted output before publishing or using it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the product for unlawful, misleading, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity. You are responsible for making sure your own use of the product complies with the laws, platform rules, and advertising policies that apply to you.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version for purchases made through this website.
